150-Year old Restoration

This restoration project began with siding and exterior trim repairs, multiple window replacements, and the replacement of a small rear roof.

We also addressed water management at the gable end by reflashing the roof and installing kickout flashing above the porch roof to ensure proper water shedding and protect the exterior from moisture intrusion.

The client selected a vibrant yellow for the siding paired with brilliant white trim, giving the home a fresh, lively appearance while significantly enhancing its curb appeal.
