3 Season Porch Addition

This project featured Biscayne Trex decking with screening installed throughout the porch, including beneath the decking, creating a fully enclosed space that provides added protection from insects.

The porch trim was constructed using AZEK PVC trim and secured with Cortex-plugged screws for a clean, seamless finish. Red cedar was used for both the main wall and porch skirting, adding warmth and natural character to the space. An access door was incorporated into the skirting to provide convenient storage, as requested by the client.

The porch roof was installed by our trusted subcontractor, Willette Woodworks of Sanbornville, NH, who expertly integrated the new roof into the existing roofline for a seamless, finished appearance.

All site work was completed by Kingdom Timber LLC of Wolcott, VT, providing precise excavation and site preparation throughout the project.
